The owners of this location have demolished the building due to increased activity of trespassers and the dangerous conditions of the site.  RIP Studies wishes to offer sincere apologizes for the actions of others and, as always, we respect their right to privacy and, therefore, will not publish nor discuss the exact location.  RIP Studies has, however, been given exclusive permission to perform any investigations on the land.  Entities can, and do, remain when facilities are no longer in existence since they exist on a different realm.  When we do investigations, it will be discussed beforehand with the owners and only reported as a location in East OKC.  We thank the owners for their support of our Team and extend a hand of camaraderie to them.

Initial Report:

It is the intention of RIP Studies to ensure our integrity and honesty to everyone who owns any location we may investigate.  We also want to portray responsibility to those who may visit our site and show by example the correct (and legal) way to investigate.  Therefore, RIP Studies has taken the extra step to contact owners of sites frequented by many paranormal teams who in the past have not gained permission from site owners.  In a show of honor and respect to the owners of this location, RIP Studies will remove our investigation until we have been given permission to cross its threshold.  We thank the owners/operators for their time and look forward to more interaction with all of you.
