The renter of this home contacted a member of the Team about things happening in her house.  Right after moving in, members of the family began getting ill and doctors could not figure out the reason.  It was decided for the family to move out and have the house tested for mold.  Once out of the house, all members of the family immediately felt better.  During the testing, the renter went back to the house to get some things and upon opening the door, immediately smelled sulpher.  Another interesting phenomenon is the appearance of dimes.  They are on the floor, outside, in her car and are even heard falling from mid-air and landing on tabletops.

At one point, the renter and a friend were playing with a Ouija board and the name "BOB" was spelled out on the board.  During a reconstruction phase of the house, boards were removed from in front of a fire place and inscribed on the back of one was the name, "Bob".  Also, books were found in the attic with the same name or initials written inside.

She also reported lightbulbs extinguishing to a "popping" noise, not only in her home but also everwhere she went.  The Team member who was notified and spoke with her also noticed this strange phenomenon when they were at various locations.  Residents of the home as well as visitors have seen an apparition of an older lady wearing a blue nightgown.  The renter's grandmother had passed away and her blue nightgown is hanging in a closet in one bedroom.  Other things have occurred in her life which could be the result of negative energy building up within the home, but due to the personal nature, we will not discuss them on this site.

An investigation was performed on February 11, 2007 with Team members: Gary, Therin, Christine, Jason and Ronda.  The Team also invited three individuals with experience in demonic activity in case anything was indeed found to be present.  An initial sweep of the location did not show any EMF readings or temperature reading out of the normal.  Due to the size of the home, the Team divided up into three groups: one for the basement, one for the main floor and one for the attic.  The attic Team did encounter some strange forces and feelings but nothing seemed negative or demonic.  Knock tests results were negative and only a few photographs resulted in some orb activity.

The invited individuals did not feel the presence of any negative activity and, while discussing the occurances with the renter, came up with the following conclusions:

1.  The smell could possibly have been from testing material used in the detection of mold.
2.  The dimes possibly could be a sign from older relatives who have passed who, in their time, had the saying "Have a dime, call a friend" especially since others had seen the apparition.  The sense was one of "watching over things".
3.  The psychic felt the energy of the renter was increasing due to her examination of herself and her faith.  The energy radiated out quite extensively and could be resulting in overload of surrounding electrical energy sources.

A ritual was performed with buring of sage and signs were written on walls with sage oil to banish any negative or harmful energy.  Things have seemed to quieted down.
