Investigations: 6/9/07 and 6/16/07 Evidence Coming Soon!
We again continued our investigation of this incredible house. Several people with varying degrees of paranormal gifts are working with us to communicate with the entities. The Team has determined, along with the owners of the house, not to disclose all of the information we have gathered mainly due to the unavailability of evidence to back up our findings. We can report that activity has increased and as we begin to ask more personal questions, evidence of a more hostile nature begins to occur. This includes ripping of paper off walls and ceilings, movement of some test items and tremedous feelings of being unwelcome directed towards some individuals.
The items which have been moved include a bible placed on a fireplace and coins tossed into the middle of floors all of which have occured in one particular room. Other test items placed in what has been determined as a "play room" have been moved including a checker board with pieces moved into new squares.
Due to the absence of electricity, we are unable to set up a permanent source to video 24/7, but we are continuing to document with photographs. Also, new test items have been placed within the house in various rooms.

Investigation: 5/19/07 Click here to view the evidence!
RIP Studies has been continuing our investigation of this site and have had tremendous results in the last month. Recently we have started using dowsing rods in our investigations as another possible means of communications with positive correlation between them and EMF detectors. One month ago we were in a second floor east room of the residence when the rods began to respond with our questioning. Along with these exciting sequence of events, the EMF detector also responded with dramatic spikes with any positive response of the rods. We were able to determine the entity in the house was a small girl, age approximately 7 to 10, named Emily Anne. A recent development with this event was the discovery of a Class A EVP on the audio recorder of one guest who was present. Another guest was trying to determine the name of the girl; you will hear her ask if the girl's middle name is Anne and the voice responds, "My middle name is Emily Anne." This provides for our "Rule of 3" in which we love to have three different pieces of equipment corresponding to our findings! Our evidence will be posted here in the next day or two.
We continued with our investigation on 5/19/07, with Team members Gary and Sara along with 7 guests. Feelings were strong with some of the guests during a public tour, so we agreed to perform a private tour of the facility. Two individuals had strong feelings with the house in regards to the foundation and "a little girl". Interesting that the individual who had strong feelings about the girl knew nothing about Emily Anne. Some items were left to assist with the negative feelings associated with the house. During the investigation, again in the back bedroom, communication was made with two entities with two sets of dowsing rods. One male figure was answering to one set, and Emily Anne was responding to another set. Without going into detail, emotions and feelings grew to an extremely high level and some interesting facts began to emerge. RIP Studies will do some research and continue to explore this "mystery house". We have included some pictures taken during that night and wish to thank Rita Mae and Patty Rosson for their great photographs and feelings.

Setup of Test Equipment: 3/15/07
RIP Studies has been given permission to set up some experiments with kenetic activity in this location. Previous investgations have helped us to determine the presence of a small girl, age 7 to 10, so we decided to set up some toys to see if we can get any interaction. Items arranged include:
2 small stuffed animals; 1 small doll; checkerboard game; 2 toddler-type toys with movable parts; various child dress-up items.
We would love to set up era-appropriate toys in the house; however, due to the dirty conditions of the house, any items of value would not fair well. Therefore, we determined to use some modern day toys. If anything era-related becomes available, we will place those in the area as well.

Investigation: 02-03-07
Due to requests from the owner/operators of this location, RIP has decided to not discuss the location of this site on the website. The RIP Team spent the evening at the site of a historic home located in West OKC evaluating our long-term research and investigating a few other buildings located nearby. In attendance was Therin, Gary, Chuck, Jason, Christine, Sara, Ronda, and three guests. A full report will be published soon along with our results. After reviewing recordings, one member found the EVP below. It was a the end of our investigation in the front main living room. Some people have said it sounds like a sneeze; however, everyone was present in the room, there were a total of five recorders and none of the other recorders caught the sound.
