RIP Studies conducted a private tour of a historic location on March 10th.  We entered two buildings and performed an investigation at a nearby cemetery.  Members present were: Gary, Therin, Chuck, Jason, Sara, Christine, Trista and Ronda along with several other people.  The team intially entered the south apartment of a duplex with the other individuals.  Upon entering, Chrstine and a tour member both noticed the apparition of a little boy going up the stairs and both heard him whistling.  They were unable to get evidence but it is interesting two people both saw the same anomaly.  The teams decided to split into two groups with one staying on the south side and one group investigating the north apartment.

In the north apartment, Raymond, Ronda and another individual from the tour had experiences of a heavy sensation at the door of the bathroom on the second floor.  The sensation lasted approximately 5 to 10 minutes but there was no indication on EMF, cameras or voice recorders.  When leavin the upstairs, a Team member heard whispering and turned to talk to the person behind him.  That person had said nothing.  At the same time, Ronda had taken a picture and captured an orb on the wall to the right of the stairs.  At approximately the same time, the Team in the south apartment heard whispering and attributed it to the north side Team.  No evidence was captured.

When both Teams had left the building, Raymond and Gary went into the north apartment again to determine if Gary could pick up on any activity.  A member of the tour went inside with them.  This time, the pressure was gone and nothing was found or felt.

Sara and Trista took the recorders to analyze for evidence and the rest of the group investigated the a second building on the grounds.  Information for that investigation will be forthcoming.  Upon analysis of the first building, Raymond's recorder seemed to have picked up on some energy for about nine seconds approximately 30 minutes into the investigation.  This nine second segment then repeated itself throughout the rest of the recording.  We have known of it happening before with a recorder being taken over and several EVPs were revealed in it.  Raymond's recording is being analyzed for content.

The Team entered the cemetery, examined several of the stones and offered facts about graves/cemeteries for the guests.  Afterwards, one Team member used dowsing rods to try to connect with any entities.  Results were positive for one young male.  Several questions were asked with positive results (yes or no) to all questions.  We look forward to working with this equipment in the future.  There was no indication or evidence from the EMF detector; however, there were some interesting photographs which will be published here as time permits.
